In 2017 we opened our doors to our home to provide a beautiful relaxing destination for visitors to Staffordshire and surrounding areas. Our two storey traditional farm house features three exquisite double rooms each recently and tastefully remodeled with a mixture of traditional and modern features.

Our large, open, guest lounge features a wood burner and TV for evening relaxing or family fun.

Our complimentary continental breakfast is served from 7.30am until 9.30am each morning in our breakfast room overlooking the courtyard where you can choose from a selection of cereal, pastries, fruit along with a choice of tea and coffee, juices and brown or white toast and preserves.

Greensnips is a working farm with cattle and sheep which belong to a neighbouring farm, so we do have farm machinery noise during the day.

Check-in is available from 4.30pm until 8.00pm. If you require a later check in the please contact us so we can make arrangements for you. Check out time is at 10.30am

In each room we supply tea and coffee making facilities along with complimentary water and biscuits and a welcome pack with information on most of the local attractions around the surrounding area.

Free Wi-Fi is available throughout the property and is complimentary to all our guests. Smoking is not permitted within the premises but there is a designated smoking area located outside of the property

A cancellation fee of 100% of your first night will only be applied if less than 48 hours notice given or in case of no show.
